Pennsylvania Statutes Title 40 P.S. Insurance § 789. Contingent mutual liability of subscribers

Every subscriber to such association shall be under a contingent mutual liability for the payment of losses and expenses in excess of the cash funds of the association to an amount at least equal to the premium paid by him during the current year.
