The domestication agreement shall be authorized, adopted, approved, signed, and acknowledged by the alien insurer in accordance with the laws of country under which it is organized. In the case of the domestic insurer, the domestication agreement shall be adopted by resolution of its board of directors and executed by its president or any vice president and attested by its secretary or assistant secretary under its corporate seal.
