Pennsylvania Statutes Title 40 P.S. Insurance § 477b.6. Minimum number of covered employes

Any policy of group life insurance issued pursuant to section 2 of the act of May 11, 1949 (P.L. 1210, No. 367),  1 referred to as the Group Life Insurance Policy Law, and any policy of group accident and health insurance issued pursuant to section 621.2  2 shall cover at least two or more employes at the date of issue.
