Pennsylvania Statutes Title 40 P.S. Insurance § 323.21-A. Administration and construction

(1) Within 30 days following the effective date of this section, all paper and electronic documents and files and other assets of the association in the possession of the association, its executive director and employees shall be transferred to the department.

(2) Within 30 days following the effective date of this section, authority to act on behalf of the board shall be transferred to the executive director hired by the commissioner under section 912-A(f). 1 The commissioner may appoint an acting executive director to act until an executive director has been hired.
