Pennsylvania Statutes Title 40 P.S. Insurance § 310.14. Reciprocity

(a) Waiver.--The department may waive the requirements for a person applying for a nonresident insurance producer license in this Commonwealth that possesses a valid insurance producer license from the person's home state if the person's home state awards nonresident insurance producer licenses to resident licensees of this Commonwealth on the same basis.

(b) Limited line.--Notwithstanding any other provision of this division, after application to the department in accordance with section 610-A,  1 a person licensed as a limited line credit insurance or other type of limited lines producer in the person's home state shall receive a nonresident limited lines producer license in accordance with subsection (a), granting the same scope of authority as granted under the license issued by the producer's home state.
