Pennsylvania Statutes Title 40 P.S. Insurance § 1615.6. Designation not to affect insurability

Designation of any area of the State pursuant to section 4  1 shall not be deemed a valid reason for refusal to write, termination or nonrenewal of any policy or contract of insurance.
