Pennsylvania Statutes Title 40 P.S. Insurance § 112. Computation of reserve

In addition to the reserves required by section 311,  1 any insurance company, other than life insurance companies, is required to establish statutory reserves for those lines of insurance reported in schedule “P” of the Annual Statement Blank, as adopted for use in Pennsylvania by the commissioner, in accordance with the instructions for calculation of such statutory reserves as published by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
