Pennsylvania Statutes Title 4 Pa.C.S.A. Amusements § 13B21. Situs of interactive gaming operations

Except as provided in Subchapter G (relating to miscellaneous provisions),  1 all wagers made through interactive gaming shall be deemed to be initiated, received or otherwise made within the geographic boundaries of this Commonwealth. The intermediate routing of electronic data associated or in connection with interactive gaming shall not determine the location or locations in which a bet or wager is initiated, received or otherwise made.
