For the purpose of section 3(b)(11) of the act of June 13, 2008 (P.L. 182, No. 27), 1 known as the Clean Indoor Air Act, the term “gaming floor” shall include the areas of any licensed facility where the slot machine licensee is authorized to place and operate slot machines or conduct table games, except such areas off the gaming floor where contests or tournaments are conducted unless smoking is otherwise permitted in such areas.
