Any person who shall discover to the assignee or receiver any secreted property, real or personal, in the possession or control of a third party, and in which the insolvent estate has an interest, shall receive out of the proceeds thereof, for so doing, an amount, to be fixed by the court or auditor, at least equal to the commission of the assignee or receiver in regard thereto.
