Pennsylvania Statutes Title 39 P.S. Insolvency and Assignments § 97. Payment of accruing rent and wages

Rent accruing after the date of the assignment, and wages necessarily incurred in service rendered to or for the assignee or receiver, shall be paid as part of the expenses appertaining to the assignment.
