The time fixed in said notice shall be between three and five weeks distant from the date thereof; and if there shall be unrepresented creditors, whose addresses are unknown, an advertisement thereof shall be inserted in one newspaper, published in the county, and in the legal periodical, if any, designated by the court, once a week for three successive weeks, prior to the time of meeting. On the date fixed, if no objections have been filed, the account shall be confirmed absolutely; the assignee or receiver shall prepare a schedule of distribution, which shall be approved and filed, and shall distribute the assets in his hands in accordance therewith.
