Provided, I. That no purchase or assignment of the real estate of such insolvent, situate within the county made bona fide, and for a valuable consideration, before the date of the assignment to the said trustees, by or to any person not having actual notice or knowledge of the petition aforesaid, shall be invalidated or impeached thereby.
