If the whole of the estate shall not have been distributed upon such report, the trustees shall proceed to make a second dividend of all such moneys as shall come into their hands after the first dividend, and make report in like manner, and the same proceedings shall be had upon such report as are hereinbefore provided, and so from time to time, until a distribution shall have been made of all the estate of the debtor.
