Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 931. Tawneytown Road State Highway

A certain section of public road, commencing at a point on the Tawneytown Road at the limits of the Gettysburg National Military Park, and running thence, along the said Tawneytown Road by way of Barlow, to a point on the Maryland State Line, shall be adopted by the Commonwealth as a State Highway, to be constructed and maintained at the sole expense of the Commonwealth under the provisions of the existing laws governing main highways.
