A certain section of public road commencing at the Island road in Tinicum Township in the County of Delaware at a point west of Essington Station, thence through Tinicum Township, Prospect Park Borough, Ridley Township, Morton Borough, and Springfield Township to an intersection with Route Number One Hundred and Thirty in Springfield Township, shall be adopted by the Commonwealth as a State highway, to be constructed, maintained, and improved at the sole expense of the Commonwealth under the provisions of present or future laws governing main State highways.
