Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 813. Construction and maintenance

The said State highway shall be constructed, improved, and maintained by the State Highway Department, in accordance with the existing laws of the Commonwealth relating to the construction, improvement, and maintenance of State highways.

The cost of such construction, improvement, and maintenance shall be paid from moneys appropriated from time to time to the State Highway Department for the construction, improvement, and maintenance of State highways.
