Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 652e.1. Department of Property and Supplies; standards, specifications; contracts, purchases; materials, services

The commission, at its option, may authorize the Department of Property and Supplies  1 to prescribe standards and specifications and make contracts and purchases of various materials and services for the commission, pursuant to the provisions of sections 2403,  2 2403.1  3 and 2409  4 of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 177), known as “The Administrative Code of 1929.”
