Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 3457. Terms and conditions of leases, contracts, and agreements

All leases, contracts, and agreements made under the provisions of this act shall be made for such periods and upon such terms and conditions as shall, in the opinion of the joint commission, best promote the welfare and convenience of the public using the bridge. All such contracts shall be conditioned upon the granting of all necessary consents, approvals, and certificates of convenience by State and municipal authorities in the States of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
