Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 3454. Equipment of bridge with conduits, pipes, etc.

The said joint commission, in its discretion, is hereby further authorized and empowered to provide and equip said bridge and the approaches and plazas appurtenant thereto with such conduits, pipes, supports, or other appliances as may be necessary or convenient for the installation, maintenance, and operation of telegraph, telephone, electric light or power, or other public service facilities; or said joint commission is hereby authorized and empowered to enter into leases or other contracts with public service corporations, companies, firms, or individuals, authorized so to do, for the installation of such facilities and for the maintenance, operation, and use thereof.
