All the provisions, penalties and remedies made, imposed and provided by the act of the general assembly of the state of New Jersey, entitled “An act for the protection of bridges over the river Delaware,” approved by the governor of New Jersey, February 28, 1872, 1 be and they are hereby re-enacted and made binding and obligating, with the force and effect as if herein re-enacted in word, provision and letter, and that the said act of the general assembly of New Jersey be and the same is hereby ratified by the legislature of Pennsylvania.
