Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 3219. Exceptions and proceedings thereon

Within thirty days after the filing of said report in said court, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any person interested may file exceptions thereto; whereupon said court may confirm said report absolutely, or modify it, or refer it back to the same or to new viewers, with like powers and duties as the former viewers.
