There is hereby created the Pennsylvania Highway Traffic Advisory Committee, hereinafter referred to as the “committee”, which shall be composed of a representative of the Department of Highways, a representative of the Department of Revenue and a representative of the Pennsylvania State Police, who shall be appointed by the Governor to serve at his pleasure. The Governor shall designate one of its members as chairman. The members of the committee shall receive no additional compensation for their services.
