Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 2719.12. Agreements with United States Secretary of Commerce

The secretary is hereby authorized to enter into agreements with the United States Secretary of Transportation as provided by Title 23, United States Code, “Highways”, relating to the control of junkyards in areas adjacent to the interstate and primary systems, and to take action in the name of the Commonwealth to comply with the terms of such agreements.
