Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 2391.3-1. Transit facilities; installation and operation

The Secretary of Transportation may authorize transit utilities to install and operate, whenever possible and convenient, transit facilities and necessary appurtenances and parking facilities within the medial strip or elsewhere within the right-of-way of any limited access highway.
