Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 2312. Plans and specifications to be prepared by Secretary of Highways

The standard, or condition, at which the road-bed aforesaid shall be maintained shall be prescribed by plans and specifications to be prepared by the state highway commissioner. Said plans and specifications may be varied for different sections of said road, according to the varying amount and character of the travel upon said different sections.
