Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 2232. Time for placing and removal

No snow fence authorized under this act shall be placed prior to November first, nor shall the same remain in place after April first of the succeeding year, unless the written consent of the owner of the adjacent property is obtained agreeing to an extension of time for the removal of said snow fence.
