Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 2052. Damages and benefits; viewers

Provided, That upon a petition, the width of the road so widened shall be fixed by the court, on recommendation of the viewers, and damages, taking into account benefits conferred, shall be awarded and paid according to the provisions of the act of June thirteenth, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six,  1 and its supplements.
