Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 1853. Expense of view to assess damages

The expense of a view to assess the damages sustained by the owner of land taken aforesaid, for a public road, shall be paid by the respective county, and the expense of such view in the case of a private road, shall be paid by the person or persons at whose instance the same was allowed.
