Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 1758-405. Moneys received by Commonwealth;  appropriation

All moneys received by the Commonwealth under any contract or agreement for sharing the cost of the construction, reconstruction or maintenance of any section of a highway under the provisions of this act shall be deposited in the Motor License Fund, and as much of the money in the Motor License Fund as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this act is hereby specifically appropriated to the Department of Highways for the purposes of this act.
