Commencing at the public school building in the village of Linhart in Wilkins Township, Allegheny County; thence in a northeasterly direction, following the stream of Thompson Run, crossing and recrossing the dividing lines of Wilkins township and Patton township, to State highway route number one hundred and eighty-seven, 1 near the Union Railroad right of way, at or near the line dividing the township of Patton and the township of Penn.
