Commencing at Lorane in Exeter Township, Berks County, along Philadelphia and Reading Railroad tracks;  thence north to the Philadelphia Pike, State highway route number one hundred forty-six,  1 near the Motor Inn Comfort Station, a distance of about one and one-tenth miles.
