Beginning at a point on State highway route one hundred and fifty-one  1 near the bridge over the Pennepack Creek in the village of Horsham in Horsham Township, Montgomery County; thence northwestwardly crossing route three hundred and seventy-three  2 at Prospectville and route one hundred and fifty-three  3 at Montgomeryville to the borough of Hatfield; thence southwestwardly over the forty-foot road to where said road intersects route one hundred and ninety-eight  4 one the line dividing the townships of Hatfield and Towamencin in Montgomery County aforesaid.
