Commencing at the bridge over the Lehigh River at East Mauch Chunk, Carbon County; thence north on Front Street to the intersection of North Street; thence out North Street and Penn Forest Board to Christman's; thence by way of the intersection near Albrightsville and Wernet's Hotel, past Grass Lake, to the Wilkes-Barre and Easton turnpike in Monroe County.
