Beginning at State Highway Route Number Eighty-three  1 west of Conneaut Lake Borough in Crawford County, and thence running northerly by Conneaut Lake Park and connecting with State Highway Route Number Two Hundred and Ninety-five  2 at a point south from the village of Harmonsburg--a distance of approximately three and one-half miles.
