Beginning at a point in State Highway Route Number One Hundred and Ninety-three  1 about one-fourth of a mile south of Okenson Postoffice in Juniata County, and running thence by way of Academia to a point on State Highway Route Number Forty-five  2 about one-half of a mile northeast of Spruce Hill Post-office.
