Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 1397. Route 421. From Providence Avenue to Media

Beginning at a point in Providence Avenue at the dividing line of the City of Chester and the Township of Nether-Providence in the County of Delaware, and running thence in a northerly direction a distance of about four miles through the said Township of Nether-Providence to the Borough of Media, and intersecting with State Highway Routes Numbers One Hundred Thirty and One Hundred and Thirty-one.  1
