Beginning at a point in Lehman Township, Luzerne County, at the east end of the County Bridge over that portion of Harvey's Lake commonly known as the Inlet; thence on the line of present State-aid road along the east shore of Harvey's Lake through Lehman Lake and Dallas Townships to Alderson; thence along the north shore of Harvey's Lake to a point at the intersection with State Highway Route Number One Hundred and Seventy-seven, 1 at the Lehigh Valley Railroad Picnic Ground.
