A certain public road, beginning at Wormleysburg in Cumberland County, thence over route number two hundred and fifty 1 to New Cumberland; thence by way of Powells' Mills to a point on route number two hundred and fifty; 1 thence over route number two hundred and fifty 1 to Newberrytown; thence to Strinestown and Zionsview to a point on route number two hundred fifty 1 near North York borough; thence over said route number two hundred fifty 1 to a point on the boundary line of the city of York; thence over route number two hundred sixteen 2 to the borough of Red Lion; thence by way of Winterstown, Rinely, and Stewartstown to a point on the Maryland State line.
