A certain public road beginning at the intersection of the south line of North East borough, a point on route number eighty-seven  1 at the Station Road leading north and south; thence through a portion of North East township, and through Greenfield township, and through Venango township, by way of Wattsburg borough, and through Amity township, and thence to Union City through Union township, and thence through Union township and a portion of Concord township to Beaverdam, connecting with route number eighty-eight  2 in Erie County.
