Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of Allentown, and running over route one hundred and fifty-eight  1 to Hereford; thence by way of Bechtelville and Boyertown to a point on the dividing line between Berks and Montgomery counties; thence to Pottstown, thence over route one hundred and forty-six  2 to a point on the boundary line of the city of Reading, Berks County.
