Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of New Castle, and running over route eighty  1 to New Wilmington, thence by way of West Middlesex, Sharon, and Sharpsville to Greenville, thence over route two hundred and six  2 to Jamestown; thence by way of Marshall's Corners to Hartstown; thence over route eighty-two  3 to a point on the boundary line of the city of Meadville, Crawford County.
