Commencing in Mifflintown, and running over route thirty-one  1 to Millerstown; thence by way of Donnelly Mills, Icksburg, Green Park, and Landisburg to a point on the dividing line between Perry and Cumberland counties; thence by way of Doubling Gap and Newville to a point near Centreville, thence over route thirty-five  2 into Chambersburg, Franklin County.
