Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of Lebanon, and running by way of Myerstown to a point on the dividing line between Lebanon and Berks counties; thence by way of Womelsdorf, Robesonia, Wernersville, and Sinking Spring to a point on the boundary line of the city of Reading, Berks County.
