Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of Lebanon, and running by way of Jonestown and Bordnersville to Lickdale; thence over route one hundred and forty  1 to Fredericksburg; thence to a point on the dividing line between Lebanon and Berks Counties; thence by way of Strausstown to Hamburg; thence to a point on the dividing line between Berks and Schuylkill Counties; thence by way of Port Clinton, Molino, Pinedale, and Orwigsburg to Schuylkill Haven; thence over route one hundred and forty  1 into Pottsville, Schuylkill County.
