The following section of State highway as now established is hereby vacated, namely:
That part of State Highway Route Number Ninety-eight, 1 beginning at a point three miles east of Millstone in Elk County, and running eastwardly a distance of seventeen miles.
The said section of State highway hereby vacated shall become a borough or township highway or road in accordance with municipal district in which the same is respectively located, and shall hereafter be maintained and improved at the expense of the respective township or borough in which located.
The following sections of State Highway as now established are hereby vacated, namely: * * * (b) that part of State Highway route number ninety-eight 1 between Nebraska and a point three miles east of Millstone. In addition thereto there is to be eliminated from the present State Highway system sufficient mileage from State Highway route ninety-seven, 2--by an amendment thereto now pending, authorizing the running of said route from Mount Jewett by way of Big Shanty, Lewis Run, and Custer City to Bradford,--to make up the mileage added to the State Highway system by the provisions of this act.
The sections of State Highway hereby vacated shall become township or borough highways or roads in accordance with the municipal districts in which the same are respectively located, and shall hereafter be maintained and improved at the expense of the respective boroughs and townships in which located.
