Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 1029. Route 58. From Bellefonte to Lock Haven

Commencing in Bellefonte, and running by way of Zion, Hublersburg, and Nittany to a point on the dividing line between Centre and Clinton Counties; thence by way of Mill Hall and over High Street in Flemington Borough; thence through Allison Township to a point on the boundary line of the city of Lock Haven, Clinton County; and by spur to Loganton: Provided, however, That the present route over Bressler and Frederick Streets in Flemington Borough and Allison Township, shall be maintained by the Department of Highways until the relocation, provided for by this act, shall have been improved and opened to traffic.
