Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety § 933. Penalty

Any person or copartnership or corporation violating section one of this act of Assembly  1 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than one hundred dollars and the costs of prosecution.
