Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety § 780-109. Color additives

A color additive shall be deemed unsafe unless there is in effect with respect to such additive a regulation issued pursuant to the Federal act permitting such use and unless such additive and use thereof conforms in all respects to the requirements of the Federal act and regulations issued pursuant thereto.
