Pennsylvania Statutes Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety § 770.8. Enforcement orders

The department may issue such orders to persons, distributors, manufacturers, dealers, retailers and consumers as are necessary to aid in the enforcement of the provisions of this act. The orders may include orders requiring cessation of the use, sale, manufacture or distribution of any substance or chemical or product which is in violation of any provision of this act. An order issued under this act shall take effect upon notice unless the order specifies otherwise. The right of the department to issue an order under this act is in addition to any penalty which may be imposed pursuant to this act.
